Please note before Purchase:

Lift Pass Requirements:

• A valid lift pass is required to access all skiable areas.
• You must be on skis or a snowboard to use our lifts.
• Mt Baw Baw has surface lifts only — no chairlifts or sightseeing lifts.
• Lift passes are not included with ski or snowboard lessons.
• A Lift Pass is separate from a Toboggan Pass.

Please Note: Weekends and School Holidays are peak periods. To minimise delays and reduce queue times, we recommend arriving early in the morning. While this can help, please be aware that longer wait times may still occur during these busy periods.

Lift Pass Validity & Conditions:

• Valid from 9:00am – 4:30pm on the selected date.
• Non‑refundable and non‑replaceable (lost, stolen, unused, or due to weather‑related closures).
• Must be carried and clearly displayed at all times.
• Valid only for the printed date and non‑transferable.
• ID required for student and senior discounts.

Snow & Lift Operations:

• Lift operations depend on weather and natural snowfall.
• Runs are groomed nightly when conditions allow.
• Snow Factory guarantees snow only in beginner lesson areas and the toboggan park.
