Looking for a snowsports lesson the whole family can enjoy? Our Family Instructor option is designed specifically for families and provides an instructor who can work with everyone, regardless of skill level or discipline. With this flexible lesson format, you can choose how much time the instructor spends with each family member, ensuring everyone receives the guidance they need to learn or improve their skills.

Your instructor can teach snowboarding or skiing at different levels within the same session, making it easy for the whole family to progress together. Enjoy a fun and memorable day on the snow while learning as a family.

The Family Instructor price includes up to 4 immediate family members. Additional family members can be added for an extra fee. Please note: this product is only available to immediate family members and cannot be extended to distant relatives.

Key Things You Must Know:

• A valid Snowsports Pass is required for all lessons and must be purchased separately.
• Ski and snowboard hire is not included — please pre‑book equipment and allow at least 1.5 hours for collection.
• Helmets are mandatory for all participants.
• Arrive at the Snowsports Ticket Office at least 10 minutes before your lesson, fully dressed and ready to go.
• If you miss your start time, joining another session is not guaranteed and refunds cannot be provided.
• Same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable.

Snow & Mountain Conditions:

• Natural snowfall is not guaranteed, but our Snow Factory maintains snow in beginner areas.
• Runs are groomed nightly when conditions allow.

Please Note: Weekends and School Holidays are peak periods. To minimise delays and reduce queue times, we recommend arriving early in the morning. While this can help, please be aware that longer wait times may still occur during these busy periods.

Important Information for Winter Season 2026

Tobogganing will be available every day from the King’s Birthday Weekend (6th of June) until the end of the declared snow season.

Lift operations will run:
• Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6th – 27th of June.
• Every day from the beginning of the school holidays (27th of June) through to the end of the declared snow season.
